Felor Vi

Felor Vi Space Station
Felor Vi StarBase Specs

Felor Vi was a first generation starbase located strategically in Cardassian space, near the Badlands, and Klingon space. The Federation is was a short flight across the DMZ.  Similar to Terok Nor, but three times as big, it had a total of 150 decks. It was used as docking station and starting point for most vessels within the Seventh Order.

Felor Vi was recently destroyed during an enemy action.  With its orbit deteriorating, Legate Kevron evacuated the station to the Fleet and then self-destructed it to prevent its technology falling into the hands of the enemies of Cardassia.

Felor Vi has been replaced by a next generation star base, Rylok Nor.

Overall Station Specs:

Station Diameter: 3825 meters
Station Height: 2610 meters
Mass : 150,709,877 metric tons
Cargo Capacity : 4,034,800 metric tons
Docking Pylons: 870 meters

Central Ring:

Diameter of ring itself : 240 meters
Decks : 25

Upper and lower subring Diameter : 30 meters

Diameter of Promenade 675 meters Promenade
Height : 260 meters
Decks : 40

The central ring consists of 3 sub-rings. The central ring contains several decks which are divided into cargo bays, shuttle bays, detention area's, medical labs, research labs and holodecks.

The interior of the central ring forms the Promenade with several mess halls, restaurants, shops, holosuites, and bars.  The Promenade is designed to give crews on shore leave a variety of entertainments to relieve the stress of their missions.

On top of the Promenade is the subspace booster relay ring (SBRR) for sending subspace messages. Below the Promenade is the second SBRR. This one is for receiving subspace messages. Under this is Engineering and the Main Reactor System. The SBRR's are also equipped with phaser banks and torpedo launchers

The upper and lower subrings contain phaser and sensor arrays and maintenance tubes as well as a few small cargo bays

There are six Main Docking Pylons. Each Docking Pylon can dock one vessel. There are several smaller docking pylons for smaller vessels.

Main Core:

Diameter: 350 meters
Height : (3 decks)

Contents of Central Core :
Bridge
Sensor arrays
Phaser banks
Torpedo banks

Specs Central Core:

OPS: The control centre of the whole base, except the SBRR.
Dimensions :
Diameter : 60 meters

OPS is oval in shape, similar to Terok Nor. The Command Cell sits at a higher level than the main OPS floor and is accessible via a set of three stairs.  Twin doors open into the Commander's private office.  To either side of the Command Cell is a smaller cell, one step up from the OPS floor. These cells are offices for the First Officer and the Political Officer.   The Observation Lounge is behind the COmmand Cell, and finds it's entrances aside the Cells of the PO and the First Officer.  At the center of the OPS floor is a oval console.  It is from this console that OPS, Tactical and the Strategic Officers work.   Directly across from the Command Cell is the oval viewscreen.  Windows, set high give a view of the vastness of space beyond Felor Vi.
