Psychological Evaluation: The personality of the character has been altered in the war. Following an attack by Federation forces the character has shown a renewed zeal both to the Dominion and to Cardassia, believeing that only a military occupation is good for Cardassia he is proving to be an adept soldier for the Military. A strong sense of honour, duty and decorum, matched by a ruthless ambition and courage to back his decision. Potentially a very dangerous combiination, appears to have lost the original signs of conscience which originally prevented his joining the military, in addition the character no longer shows any interest in Earth history- except their wars.
Special Talents: Relatively intelligent, due to upbringing is at ease with higher echelons of Cardassian society, and is wealthy.

Reason(s) for wanting to join the Cardassian Military: 'open' reason- the candidate intends to continue on his families tradition, and his ambitious nature and skill coupled with his devotion to service lead to a logical
choice of a military life. 'private' reason the character wishes to reformthe military returning the military to its role as protector of a republic, not a dictatorship.

Background: Originally raised the child of a Gul, he recieved the best education possible. An early expierence seeing Bajoran prisoners interogated had a profound effect upon him. His father although an excellent warrior was from an old family, long renowned for their slightly 'heretical' belief that someday the military should return the government to the population at large. However none of the family were in a position to be involved in the disgraceful civilian overthrow, and to some extent this 'quirk' has been forgotten. Fulkat originally intended to move into Cardassia's diplomatic service, however the death of his elder brother in battle with the Klingon, caused him to join the military (note: some suggestion this moved was prompted by spouse). To date he has not shown any discrepancies in his attitude when dealing with the job, occaisonally questions the orders of his superiors during the iniation stage, but always follows the end decision. An attack by Klingon's on his duty post resulted in heavy plasma burns, the tissue damage was to severe to remove the scarring from the face and hands. Was commended for his bravery - the plasma damage was caused by him remaining at his console. This event triggered dormant telepathic abilities, and brought him to the attention of the political officer core.
