Personality:  Korat is self-assured and determined; mentally sharp; strong sense of loyalty and honor; critical and logical, but passionate; strong sense of justice.

Description:  When Korat is off-duty, she wears comfortable clothing with a simple, classical design to show off her looks, which is slender and slightly muscular; long hair pulled back and up, but loose; her manner is active, but with a controlled demeanor.

History:  Korat's parents were scientific researchers with ties to the military. Both were killed during the Occupation by Bajoran terrorists. After their deaths, Lyra returned to Cardassia Prime where she completed her studies at university, then enlisted in the Seventh Order.

Graduating from the Lakat Training facility on Prime, she was assigned to the flagship of the Fleet (Deklar) as Science Officer. During her first mission, (to Breen) she undertook not only science, but additionally was in charge of medical during the rescue.

Afterwards, Korat became the Chief Medical Officer for the Deklar, where she recently coordinated evacuation of the Cardassian POWs from Jelgor III after it was invaded by the Klingons.

Stars and starlight; they remind me that even through the darkness that surrounds us, we have only to reach for our future.

What is the ugliest thing you have ever seen?
Resignation, loss of value and pride, followed by surrender in the eyes of Cardassian children. The wreckage of our Cardassian heritage for the past war effort.

Never!

I have orders not to reveal the circumstances of such matters without the correct pre-authorization from the Obsidian Order.

Acceptance into and promotion through the ranks of the Seventh Order based on my own talents, skills and knowledge.
