Born on Cardassia Prime to a conservative
Archon, Justar has never wanted for anything as he has grown up. As the
oldest in his family, the values of his father have been drilled into him
since infancy. He has been taught that Cardassian's are the destined
rulers of the galaxy...all else is heresy. His father, due to changing
political climate has also taught Justar the need for diplomacy and tact.
He attended a gentleman's school to learn these skills.
Because of his upbringing, Justar
considers himself a cut above the average Cardassian, and destined to lead.
After double majoring at Prime University, Justar entered the lakat Training
Facility, eager to fulfill his destiny....
