| Race: Cardassian Sex: female Age: 27 Physical Data: Marital Status: single Genealogy: Psychological Evaluation: Shala Natai is fiercely loyal to her work. Her political ambitions being near nil, she has always taken great pride in her engineering skills and marksmanship. However it has been found that her mouth can be and often is, her worst enemy. Having a great love of Cardassia and it's people, she has always been willing to follow those she believes will do the best for Cardassia at the time, and has from time to time been vociferous in those beliefs, but she has of late, been displaying signs of becoming more conservative and straight line in her political alignment. She has no concerns about other races, and tends to stay buried in her work, though from time to time she enjoys a good "night on the town", during which time she enjoys good company irregardless of its race with execution to the Ferengi, whom she tends to find extremely annoying. Her main interests are in Subspace particulate wave propagation, Anti-Matter drive theorem, and induced time variances in a chrono/graviton synthetic field (worm hole theorem). Special Talents: Reason for wanting to join the Cardassian Military: Background: Several weeks out from Felor Vi, the Maksuun came under attack by another Cardassian Warship. and Shala soon found herself with her shipmates, marooned to die on a distant rock. The Political Officer having had reported a conspiracy or some such thing, and leaving a taste in her mouth she would never forget. She joined her crew in an escape and with the help of at least one sympathetic guard who had not turned against Cardassia, they were able to commandeer a small scout ship and make good their escape, leaving them to take shelter in the badlands while plotting the re-taking of the Maksuun. Suffering wounds to the head and shoulder during landing procedures on a badlands moon when a communications subsystem fell away from the bulkhead in the rear equipment hub, and wandering out sometime later seeing no sign of her crew mates, she assumed them dead and hid among the rocks, till some days later she awoke to stare up into the face of the Earth Woman "Jeun". Recovering from her head injuries, the small Maquis group and she became close friends, and in tears she left them, being set adrift in a pod in the path of an oncoming cruiser, which recognizing her signal, rescued her, and delivered her to Felor Vi, mere hours before it's destruction. |
